Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement retail sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage daily store operations ensuring high customer service standards.
- Train and lead retail staff to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing for in-store promotions to increase sales.
- Establish strong relationships with customers for better satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for restocking.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years experience in a retail sales role, preferably in consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of retail management principles.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate staff.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset to interpret sales data.
- Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
