Reviewing the content of the letters and coordinating with relevant parties.
Archiving Bonds and Following Up on Documentation:
Archiving bonds and invoices electronically and on paper.
Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure full documentation.
Office Manager’s Secretarial Duties:
Organizing appointments and meetings for the office manager.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and following up on instructions.
Providing administrative and organizational support to the office manager.
