Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to foster engagement from day one.
- Coordinate performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and development.
- Implement training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the MENA region.
- Address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 5 years experience as an HR manager or in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the MENA region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
- Male applicants must be at least 30 years old and Saudi nationals.
