The PMLP at GE Vernova is designed to develop early career EPC and project management professionals through comprehensive training in technical and leadership skills. This program will prepare you to fulfill both customer and business objectives.
Program Overview:- Two-year program with three eight-month rotational assignments.
- Mandatory rotations include field/construction and scheduling, with a third in another discipline such as commercial operations, quality, sourcing, contract management, finance, project controls, logistics, or lean.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- 3 to 8 years of industry experience.
- Ability to complete multi-business and multi-location rotations.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, with additional European languages being desirable.
