Your Key Responsibilities:- Pickup and Delivery: Safely collect and deliver shipments within a designated route in and around Jeddah.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues professionally.
- Shipment Handling: Ensure careful handling of shipments with accurate paperwork and documentation.
- Route Management: Plan and follow efficient routes while considering traffic patterns and deadlines.
- Vehicle Operation & Safety: Operate the company vehicle safely, performing daily inspections.
- Technology Use: Utilize handheld scanners to track shipments and manage routes.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
Your Profile:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Saudi Arabian driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of Saudi Arabia's Western Provinces.
- Proficient in Arabic; English language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to handle packages up to 25 kg and maintain physical activity.
- Customer-focused with a passion for service.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
- Team player who can work independently as well.
