Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations.
- Assign duties and work schedules to housekeeping staff.
- Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained in all assigned areas.
- Inspect work areas regularly and take corrective action when needed.
- Train new housekeeping staff and guide existing team members.
- Monitor usage of cleaning materials and control wastage.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with concerned departments.
- Ensure staff follow safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Maintain attendance, performance, and discipline of the team.
Requirements:- Minimum 1 year experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage staff efficiently.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC will be an added advantage.
