Responsibilities:- Setting and defining performance and quality indicators in customer service.
- Participating in updating customer service procedures and manuals.
- Developing programs to give preference in the quality of services provided.
- Analyzing data to identify strengths and weaknesses and improve service quality.
Required Qualifications:- A Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Advertising and Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Customer Service, or Executive Secretarial.
- Preferred professional certifications: MCSE, MOS, CCNA, Cambridge IT Skills, and HRD/HRMP certification.
Required Skills:- Advanced customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze data.
- Managing customer experience and providing effective consulting.
