Job Responsibilities:

Supervise the quality of the dishes presented and ensure they meet the standards.

Manage the Expo section and supervise the coordination of orders between the kitchen and the dining area.

Develop new recipes and dishes that cater to the Saudi palate while maintaining the Japanese identity of the restaurant.
