Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Responsibilities:

- Plan and develop new menus that showcase the authentic flavors and ingredients of Lebanese Armenian cuisine

- Lead and manage a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen

- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and plating to ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency

- Develop and implement kitchen policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency, productivity, and safety


Requirements:

- Nationality: Lebanese

- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)

- 34 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant, preferably with experience in Lebanese Armenian cuisine

- Previous experience working with a reputable Lebanese franchise or brand will be preferred, such as Leila Bin Lebnon, Burj Al Hamam, Karam Beirut, Beirut Khanum, Loris, Shababïk, or Harat

- Locally available in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, etc.) for immediate transfer

Job Overview:


We seek a bilingual (Arabic/English) Operations Manager with 7+ years of experience in restaurant operations and customer service to oversee the seamless functioning of our Saudi cuisine establishments. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, financial expertise, and cultural insight to drive profitability, compliance, and guest satisfaction while leveraging local market trends and events.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Operational Excellence

- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to SOPs.

- Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships to optimize cost and quality.

- Implement technology solutions (*, POS systems) to streamline workflows.


2. Financial Management & Reporting


- Develop and monitor budgets, P&L statements, and financial reports to maximize profitability.

- Analyze sales trends, labor costs, and expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Prepare monthly performance reports for senior leadership.


3. Compliance & Safety


- Ensure compliance with Saudi health, safety, and food regulations (SFDA standards).

- Conduct regular audits and staG training on hygiene, safety, and operational protocols.

- Maintain all necessary licenses and certifications.


4. Customer Experience & Market Strategy


- Design strategies to elevate customer satisfaction, including loyalty programs and feedback systems.

- Utilize local event calendars to drive foot traffic and promotions.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine offerings and marketing tactics.


5. Team Leadership


- Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff to uphold service standards.

- Foster a positive, culturally aligned work environment focused on teamwork and growth.


Qualifications:


- 7+ years in restaurant/customer service operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

- Expertise in financial reporting, P&L management, and budgeting.

- Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory standards and cultural nuances.

- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools.
