منتج مساعد/ منتج خط إنتاج (مجال الإنتاج المرئي) (الخبرة غير مطلوبة في المجال نفسه)

نبحث عن منتج خط أو منتج مساعد للعمل جنبًا إلى جنب مع فريق الإنتاج، لدعم إدارة موقع التصوير وتنظيم العمليات اليومية والتواصل المستمر مع العملاء. سيكون هذا الدور مسؤولًا عن إدارة الميزانية ومتابعة كافة جوانب المشروع من حيث العمليات واللوجستيات، ابتداءً من مرحلة ما قبل الإنتاج ووصولاً إلى مرحلة ما بعد الإنتاج.

المتطلبات:

\tقدرة قيادية ومهارات تواصل عالية
إلمام كامل بإعداد الميزانيات، مع مهارات تفاوض وفهم عميق للتواصل بخصوص المشاريع
معرفة عامة بمراحل صناعة الأفلام وعناصرها (يفضل وليس ضروري)
\tخبرة عملية في إدارة مواقع التصوير وإنتاج الأفلام (يفضل وليس ضروري)
\tقدرة على التكيف مع التغيرات
\tمهارة تنظيم الأولويات بفاعلية وإدارة مشاريع متعددة
إمكانية التواجد في موقع التصوير لساعات طويلة / أوقات متأخرة
قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط، والاستجابة السريعة، والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية

LINE/ASSISTANT

PRODUCER

We are looking for a line/Assistant producer that can work alongside our producers to manage the set and daily operations and communications with the clients. They will be responsible for managing the budget and overseeing all operations and logistics for a project from pre-production to post-production.

Requirements:

Leadership and diplomacy skills
Have in-depth knowledge of budgeting with the negotiating skills and business acumen
Knowledge about film making and all the involved steps
On-set Experience in film making
Self-motivation and adaptability
Ability to prioritise workload efficiently and manage multiple projects
Can work effectively under pressure, react quickly and meet tight deadlines
