Responsibilities:- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting land parcels, residential, and commercial properties.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and strategic marketing efforts to effectively reach prospective clients.
- Show properties and land parcels to potential buyers or tenants, providing detailed information about features and market conditions.
- Guide clients through negotiation, offer acceptance, and contract signing processes.
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain and regularly update listings of available properties with accurate and compelling descriptions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends and regulations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid real estate license.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
