Job OverviewThe Marketing Manager will lead our marketing strategy, campaigns, and brand positioning with the aim of enhancing growth, increasing customer engagement, and building loyalty. This role requires a marketer who is up to date with the latest trends, obsessed with the beauty sector, has a deep understanding of our target audience, and has the ability to translate this passion into impactful marketing initiatives across digital channels.
Main Responsibilities- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, influencers, content, paid ads) to increase brand awareness, traffic volume, and sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with product launches, promotions, and customer service priorities.
- Oversee the creation of visual content, videos, and high-quality copy that resonates with beauty trends and our audience.
- Build strong relationships with local influencers, content creators, and brand partners to expand our reach.
- Act as a key point of contact with external marketing agencies to ensure clarity of guidelines, adherence to timelines, and final products align with the brand.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in beauty and personal care, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Monitor key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements- Preferably, the applicant should be a Saudi national.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty sector, cosmetics, personal care, or e-commerce.
- A proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- A deep understanding of the local beauty and personal care market, including trends, customer preferences, and competition.
- Hands-on experience working on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Sell, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- The ability to coordinate among multiple teams and manage external agencies.
- A creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
