About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Recruitment Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for key projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building talent pipelines, coordinating with project leaders, and ensuring timely onboarding of high-quality candidates to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with project managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned projects including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement.
  • Develop targeted recruitment strategies tailored to project timelines, industry requirements, and candidate availability.

  • Oversee onboarding processes in coordination with HR and project teams for a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to attract top talent.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a project-based or high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing methods and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to manage multiple roles across different levels and functions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with a proactive, deadline-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with regional labor markets and compliance regulations (if applicable).

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in consultancy, engineering, construction, or similar project-based industries.
  • Prior recruitment experience in the MENA region or Gulf market (if relevant).
  • Ability to scale recruitment quickly to meet project ramp-up needs.
