Job Title: Sales Specialist Nationality: Saudi Arabia Department: Makna Real Estate Services Institute Type of Work: Hybrid (two weeks office presence + two weeks remote) Working Hours: • From Sunday to Thursday (8 hours daily) • Saturday (4 hours)

Required Qualifications: 1. Good communication skills 2. Ability to persuade and sell and close deals 3. Strong enthusiasm and desire to succeed and achieve goals 4. Previous experience in real estate marketing or real estate sales (additional advantage) 5. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets

Responsibilities: 1. Continuously communicate with clients interested in real estate 2. Effectively persuade and follow up with clients until the deal is completed 3. Follow up on completing sales transactions and ensure client satisfaction after the sale 4. Teamwork and coordination with the marketing team to achieve company goals
