Job Description: Cashier
The cashier is responsible for carrying out sales transactions and receiving payments accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system, while providing outstanding customer service and contributing to increased sales by marketing products within the point of sale.
Work Locations:
Riyadh City – including the following branches: Al-Sulimaniyah, Al-Shifa, Al-Narjis, Rayhana, Wadi Laban, Qurtuba, Al-Janadriyah, Al-Rawda.
Tasks and Responsibilities:

Entering and processing orders through the Foodex system

Receiving payments (cash/cards/electronic means) and issuing invoices

Ensuring the accuracy of calculations and orders

Closing the daily cash register and reconciling cash amounts

Dealing with customer inquiries professionally
- Marketing products and offers within the point of sale (Upselling & Cross-selling) and increasing the average order value

Politely suggesting additions and available offers to customers

Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier area

Adhering to work policies, procedures, and quality and safety standards
Requirements:

Knowledge of point of sale systems

Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills

Accuracy in handling cash and accounts
-
Ability to work under pressure
-
Previous experience in restaurants or as a cashier is preferred
