Join Our Boutique Team as a Cashier!

We are seeking a friendly and reliable cashier to enhance our boutique team. In this role, you will manage cash and card transactions, assist customers with their orders, and create a welcoming shopping experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payments accurately and issue receipts
• Assist guests with product knowledge and order details
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boutique
• Support the team during busy periods
• Balance cash registers and report discrepancies

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality
• 1–3 years of customer service or hospitality experience (preferably as a cashier)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliability, honesty, and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and learn POS systems

• Serve customers by selling products and meeting their needs.
• Maintain and establish customer accounts through effective planning and organizing of daily routes.
• Monitor competition and gather information on market trends.

• Report sales activities to the Branch Supervisor, including visits, sales, collections, and market insights.

• Develop and implement retail and wholesale strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail chains, wholesale distributors, and trade partners.
• Manage pricing, promotions, and in-store execution in collaboration with the marketing and trade marketing teams.
• Oversee order management, stock levels, and demand planning with internal supply chain teams.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess product performance, competitor activity, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations in all commercial activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail and wholesale channel management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
