• Supervision of Branch Operations:

1. Follow up on the opening and closing times of branches daily through surveillance cameras.
2. Ensure the readiness of the branches in terms of available essentials (covers, bags, etc.).

• Inventory and Orders Management:

1. Review and inventory the product shortages and coordinate with the warehouse to prepare the orders.
2. Supervise the implementation of full and partial inventory of products and manage cash flow.

• Financial Control:

Review and inventory the cash flow periodically to ensure there are no shortages or accounting errors.

• Compliance with Standards and Policies:

Ensure compliance with standards during visits to branches including government requirements and preventive procedures.

• Promotional Offers:

Supervise and participate in implementing visual offers and discount promotions and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure proper execution.

• Evaluation and Monitoring:

1. Use the branch evaluation model during visits to identify needs related to maintenance, products, or displays.
2. Monitor market movements and competitor offers and prepare related reports.

• Achieving Goals:

Ensure that employees are aware of the daily and monthly sales targets and follow up on their achievement daily.

•  Training and Development:

1. Train new and current employees on products, sales techniques, and customer service.
2. Hold periodic meetings to motivate teams and listen to their feedback and inquiries.

•  Employee Management:

1. Coordinate leave and attendance schedules for employees.
2. Participate in recruitment interviews and select suitable candidates.
3. Evaluate employee performance periodically and prepare performance reports.
 
Benefits:

Basic salary + commissions up to 3000  Riyals per month.

Supervising and participating in the implementation of visual offers and discount promotions, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure correct application.

• Evaluation and Follow-up:
