Key Responsibilities:
  • Create opportunities in the CRM system and assign them to the appropriate sales representatives, ensuring prompt follow-up and tracking.
  • Collect monthly forecasts from the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Register end-users and companies in the CRM system maintaining accurate records.
  • Facilitate vendor registration processes, both through forms and online portals, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Provide support to the sales team in various sales-related tasks, including order processing, quotation preparation, and customer inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing marketing events such as exhibitions, trainings, and other sales-related activities.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
