Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing for promotional activities.
- Train and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Oversee motorcycle inventory and coordinate with procurement.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for the General Manager.
- Identify new market opportunities and attend industry events.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 5+ years of sales experience in motorcycles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of motorcycle market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in sales software and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
