Primary Purpose:As a Production Supervisor, you will coordinate the daily activities of the production team, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. You will implement process improvements and create a positive work environment.
Key Accountabilities:- Supervise daily production activities to meet goals and quality standards.
- Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, ensuring a skilled workforce.
- Monitor safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Coordinate workflows and collaborate with departments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports for management.
- Assist in process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
