Job Scope:The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales opportunities through technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution designs, ensuring seamless implementation and customer satisfaction post-sale. You will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, provide feedback, and identify upselling opportunities for enhanced ROI.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Leverage technical accelerators such as presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to drive sales opportunities.
- Participate in technical sales cadence calls and communicate with other technical teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist in the deployment and implementation of solutions post-sale, ensuring smooth onboarding for customers.
- Deliver training sessions and create user documentation to maximize solution adoption.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term renewals and satisfaction.
- Act as a subject matter expert in solution designs for assigned products and services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to drive additional revenue streams.
Position Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
