Job Objectives:
Achieving the company's goals in terms of sales growth and maximizing profits on various digital platforms (such as the e-store, Amazon, Noon, Ninja, and others), by designing and implementing integrated digital marketing strategies that contribute to attracting customers and motivating them to purchase, and improving the performance of online platforms in terms of conversions and user experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and implementing digital marketing plans to increase visits and conversions on online platforms.
  • Managing and improving the performance of the company's online stores to ensure a smooth and effective user experience.
  • Preparing and optimizing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
  • Managing and improving the visibility of products on Marketplace platforms such as (Amazon Seller Central, Noon, Ninja) and others.
  • Analyzing the performance of digital campaigns and sales using data analysis tools such as (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite).
  • Implementing SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility in search engines.
  • Coordinating with design and content teams to produce effective marketing materials.
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer behavior and the needs of the target market.
  • Managing seasonal campaigns and promotional offers, analyzing their results, and improving performance.
  • Tracking performance against KPIs and achieving ROI targets.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitors and providing periodic reports to management.

Required Skills:
  • Proven practical experience in digital marketing and e-commerce for no less than two years.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and analysis tools.
  • Deep understanding of e-store systems such as Zid-Salla.
  • High ability to analyze data and make marketing decisions based on numbers.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A network of service providers such as photography, design, and anything related to this field.
  • Ability to handle multiple e-commerce platforms and enhance their performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, or any related field.
  • Professional certifications such as: Google Ads Certified, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Digital Marketing, Amazon Advertising Certification are preferred.
