Job Title: Licensed Attorney
The company wishes to attract distinguished legal talents with experience and professional expertise to work in an advanced legal environment, as part of a team of attorneys with diverse specialties, to fill the position of (Licensed Attorney) according to the following conditions:
Required Qualifications:
• Must hold a license to practice law from the Saudi Ministry of Justice.
• Legal and judicial experience of no less than two years after licensing in the field of law within the Kingdom.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with (Microsoft Office) programs.
Required Personal and Professional Traits:
• Possess the necessary professional eligibility (of sound mind and perception) and pass the specialist expert tests.
• Ability to think critically and analyze logically to solve problems from unconventional angles and find legal solutions.
• Good knowledge of the principles of jurisprudence and law (analysis - interpretation - explanation - deduction and extraction of rulings).
• Linguistic intelligence and legal eloquence in presentation and pleadings and drafting documents.
• Capable of negotiation and reading situations and people.
• Must possess strict professional discipline and commitment to confidentiality and legal responsibility standards.
• A composed personality, with the ability to manage cases and files with strategic legal awareness.
• A love for knowledge and continuous education.
• Mental presence and confidence in persuasion before clients and judicial authorities.
• Emotional stability and emotional intelligence, capable of professional interaction with various parties.
• Mental readiness to bear intellectual effort and meet the physical and mental demands of the legal profession.
Job Responsibilities:
• Represent clients before courts and judicial and administrative committees.
• Attend sessions, plead, investigate, resolve disputes, and follow up on judicial procedures.
• Prepare and draft legal memorandums, regulations, and appeals.
• Study the relevant Saudi regulations and provide legal opinions and advice.
• Draft contracts, review, proofread, and correct them.
• Prepare legal studies and reports supporting the company's or clients' projects.
• Contribute to developing defense and negotiation strategies within legal work teams.
