About the Role

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Control & Compliance: Oversee and manage the relationship with the local outsourced accounting and tax providers to ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and tax filings. Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian financial regulations, ZATCA requirements, and corporate governance standards.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with local GAAP and internal management reporting standards. Deliver management accounts and variance analysis to support business decision-making. Support global finance team with group reporting packages and consolidation processes.
  • Process Implementation & Controls: Implement global finance processes, policies, and internal controls within the local context. Act as the finance point of contact for the Saudi Arabia office, supporting operational teams with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Coordinate cash management, payment approvals, and banking relationships in-country.
  • Audit & Governance: Lead the local statutory audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
