Basic Requirements:
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in real estate appraisal within Saudi Arabia or similar work environment.
  • Experience in writing and issuing complete appraisal reports with high quality.
  • Strong understanding of international valuation standards and reporting requirements.
  • Proven ability in business development.
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh with field visits as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
