Job Objective:

Receive customer payments and complete sales transactions accurately and quickly while providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers in a courteous manner

Registering products using the cash register

Collecting payments (Cash/Card)

Issuing and delivering invoices to customers

Ensuring the accuracy of received amounts and change

Maintaining cleanliness and order in the cashier area

Closing the cash register daily and reconciling amounts

Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Qualifications:

High School Diploma

I have previous experience in the field

Skills:

Good communication skills

Speed and accuracy in calculations

Ability to handle pressure and work in a team

Basic knowledge of using computers or point-of-sale devices

• Direct supervision of the customer service team and organizing work schedules.
• Develop and continuously improve customer service policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Visit current and potential customers regularly.
• Negotiate prices and sales terms to close deals.

• Search for new customers and explore new markets.
• Follow up on collecting company receivables according to payment terms.

• Manage the full procurement cycle for medical consumables, from sourcing to delivery.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast needs in coordination with warehouse and operations teams.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, quality standards, and healthcare regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, track vendor performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis to source alternative suppliers and drive cost optimization.
• Review and approve purchase orders, contracts, and supply agreements.
• Prepare periodic procurement reports and presentations for top management.
• Collaborate closely with finance and other departments to ensure budget alignment and accurate documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within the medical or healthcare sector, with proven exposure to consumables and supplier networks.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office applications, and procurement reporting tools.
• Thorough understanding of procurement policies, asset management systems, and relevant ISO standards.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
