Main tasks:

- Efficiently manage the executive office and daily tasks.

- Coordinate between various projects and teams.

- Carefully follow up on tasks, deadlines, and decisions.

- Prepare reports, draft letters, and send and follow up on correspondence.

- Represent the manager in meetings or visits as needed.

- Manage time, scheduling, and sensitive tasks.

Required skills:

- Polite, smart, quick-witted.

- Bilingual (Arabic/English).

- Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools, Notion, Excel, and task management tools.

- Good background in dealing with contracts, projects, and operational systems.

The social media manager is responsible for managing the digital content for 5 different brands in one place, leading the daily digital presence of the brand, which includes content production, account management, and implementing organic and paid marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and the number of visits and sales.


Main tasks and responsibilities

1) Managing daily content

  • A daily, weekly, and monthly content plan is prepared and executed for all brands under the drink.
  • At leastone video clip is produced daily for each brand.
  • Due to the presence of different brands, the minimum requirement is:
    • Clips on a daily basis
  • Content is published on:
    • Instagram Reels
    • Stories
    • TikTok
    • Snapchat
  • Content is diversified between:
    • The atmosphere of the place
    • Products
    • Offers
    • Guest experience
    • Match days and events
    • Behind the scenes

2) Photography and directing

  • Content is filmed daily inside the branch.
  • Professional filming angles are chosen to highlight the identity of each brand.
  • Videos are edited professionally and quickly.
  • Texts, music, and the visual identity of each brand are added.
  • A unified style for each brand is maintained.

3) Managing marketing campaigns

  • The manager must have a strong background in digital marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing campaigns are prepared according to events and seasons.
  • Campaign ideas are proposed to increase traffic.
  • Campaigns related to:
    • Matches
    • Weekends
    • Product launches
    • Seasons
    • National occasions

4) Paid Ads

  • The candidate must have practical experience in paid advertising.
  • Paid campaigns are created and managed on:

  • Advertising budgets are managed.
  • Campaigns are tested and their results improved.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the restaurant, café, or hospitality sector
  • Experience in short video production

  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of local audience behavior in Jeddah
  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
