Role Summary: A proactive role focused on generating new business and managing the end-to-end client relationship—from initial lead to final payment collection.Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Identify and generate new leads via cold calling, networking, arranging visits, and prospective client meetings
- Order Management: Serve clients from order receipt through payment collection.
- Client Success: Provide after-sales support, resolve all queries/complaints, and gather feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Product Expertise: Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related information.
Requirements
Lead Management: Capture all incoming enquiries and ensure they are immediately assigned to the sales team

Process Tracking: Monitor the progress of every new prospect through the sales journey—from the first meeting to final negotiations

Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly data on meetings held, success rates, and average deal sizes to help the team hit growth targets

Sales Support: Coordinate between the field team and office to ensure proposals and technical details are delivered to prospects on time

- 3 years minimum experience in a similar position
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (Dual Language).
- Skills: Polite disposition, proactive attitude, and rigorous follow-up skills.
- Communication: Confident verbal and written communication.
- Availability: Must always be available for client calls.
