Key Responsibilities:
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of multiple bank accounts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Accounts Payable: Process and review supplier invoices and payments. Monitor aging reports and manage payment cycles efficiently while liaising with vendors to resolve billing issues.
  • Employees Accounts Analysis: Review and reconcile employee-related accounts, ensuring timely posting and accuracy of financial transactions. Assist in payroll accounting as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle R12 or Oracle Fusion ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification (*, CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus, as is experience in a multinational organization.
