📌 Duties and Responsibilities:
•Fully supervising the implementation of the field sales plan and achieving the set objectives for the camp.
•Attracting, training, and developing new sales representatives in line with the philosophy and spirit of the program.
•Creating a high-performance motivational environment based on innovation, inspiration, and positive influence.
•Daily monitoring of the team's performance, submitting reports, and providing recommendations to improve performance.
•Organizing sales schedules and locations and ensuring effective coverage at targeted points.
•Empowering the team to turn challenges into opportunities, and “rejections” into successful deals.
•Building positive relationships with clients and guiding the team towards providing an exceptional experience in every interaction.
•Maintaining the “Stay Connected” brand standards in the field and enhancing its image in the market.

• Monitor KPIs such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and lead conversion rates.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging ad creatives.
• Manage social media calendars and content scheduling across various platforms.
• Track campaign performance and prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports.
• Analyze competitors and market trends for new campaign ideas.
• Work closely with customer service to convert leads into bookings.
• Propose promotional offers/packages based on market demand.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 12 years of proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Prior experience in the services sector is required.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills related to performance marketing KPIs.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet quality standards and match documentation.
• Organize and store items in the warehouse according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse at all times.
• Prepare orders for shipment or internal distribution according to guidelines.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist in training new warehouse staff on procedures and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics/supply chain management is a plus.
• 12 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Understanding of safety and health regulations in the warehouse environment.
