إعداد تقارير مفصلة حول الأنظمة الجديدة أو التحسينات.

تقديم توصيات وحلول تقنية لتحسين كفاءة العمليات وتلبية متطلبات الأعمال.

تنفيذ واختبار الأنظمة:

الإشراف على تنفيذ الأنظمة الجديدة بالتعاون مع الفرق التقنية.

اختبار الأنظمة لضمان توافقها مع المتطلبات وتحديد أي مشكلات تقنية.

تقديم الدعم الفني:

تقديم الدعم الفني وتدريب المستخدمين النهائيين على الأنظمة الجديدة.

متابعة الأداء وتحليل المشاكل التقنية واقتراح حلول لها.

التواصل مع الأطراف المختلفة:

التواصل مع الإدارات المختلفة لتنسيق وتحليل احتياجاتهم التقنية.

التعاون مع فرق البرمجة والشبكات لضمان تنفيذ الأنظمة بنجاح.

المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

خبرة عملية في تحليل وتصميم الأنظمة.

مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات.

معرفة بأدوات تحليل الأعمال وبرمجيات نظم المعلومات.

مهارات الاتصال القوية والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.

المهارات المطلوبة:

الإلمام بأدوات التحليل مثل UML وERD.

خبرة في استخدام قواعد البيانات والبرمجة.

معرفة بأنظمة إدارة المشاريع مثل Agile وWaterfall.
