Join Our Team as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor!
We are currently seeking a dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for our Sulphur Forming Unit / Refinery Plant located in Jizan. In this role, you will take charge of supervising and controlling daily maintenance activities while ensuring the efficient operation of equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and control daily activities of maintenance staff.
  • Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, chillers, reclaimers, stackers, belt conveyor systems, pastillators, valves, and static equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot rotating equipment; perform complete overhauls.
  • Communicate and update the planner for weekly scheduled tasks.
  • Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports.
  • Plan and execute shutdown maintenance activities.
  • Communicate with production, engineering, and third-party service providers.
  • Monitor spare inventory and tools, and forecast future requirements.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (******** preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in maintenance, with 4+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in refinery or plant maintenance, especially in solid handling and ship loading.

Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting rotating equipment and preventive maintenance systems.
  • Familiarity with vibrations or PDM programs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to read drawings and manuals; must have SAP and computer knowledge.
