Work Policy at One and More - Marketing Position
* Probation Period:
• The first month is a trial period for both parties (one and more and the employee).
• The first two weeks are a practical trial period with salary.
• After evaluating performance in the two weeks, continuation will be confirmed.
* Salary and Bonuses:
• There are increases when achieving the required goals and outstanding performance.
• Additional bonuses can be offered based on successful campaigns or effort made when needed.
* Goals (Targets):
• Raise the level of marketing to achieve wide spread and increase customers.
• Daily goal: reach 400 - 500 customers on weekends.
• During large campaigns or peak times, exceeding this number may be requested.
* Nature of Work Hours:
• The basic working hours are 6 hours a day, and it can be increased to 8 hours if needed.
• Work 6 days a week, and it can be reduced to 5 days if work conditions allow.
• Working hours and campaign schedules will be determined in advance according to market needs and marketing projects.
