ANTEAQUE is announcing a job vacancy for the position of:
Restaurant Manager
To lead the development of a new restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from the setup phase through to full operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of restaurant setup, including interior design, equipment procurement, and operational readiness.
- Recruit, train, and lead the restaurant team.
- Develop menus and operating policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers to source top-quality ingredients and materials.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and municipal regulations.
- Manage the launch strategy and supervise daily operations.
- Monitor performance and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with hands-on experience in launching new restaurant concepts.
- Strong leadership and planning skills.
- Proven ability to manage suppliers and oversee operational and financial aspects.
- Knowledge of local Saudi health and regulatory standards.
- Able to perform under pressure and make sound decisions.
Important Notes:
- Working hours during the setup phase are flexible and not fixed, and require full availability based on project needs.
- A personal mode of transportation is required during the pre-opening phase to ensure on-site presence and mobility.
