Key Responsibilities:- Pre-qualification and registration with new clients.
- Visiting clients and achieving sales objectives.
- Reporting weekly activities to the Marketing & Sales Manager.
- Identifying customer service requirements through personal rapport with potential clients.
- Preparation of proposals and support in proposal preparation.
Technical Expertise:Depth of knowledge in market analysis, business intelligence, communication, interpersonal relationships, and negotiation skills.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
- 5+ years of experience in business development and sales, especially with government entities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Commercial knowledge on project costing and margins.
