We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global HR Officer to oversee all human resources functions across our international branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and performance, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a strong, unified company culture across all locations.

• Payroll and Benefits Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, manage bonuses, and oversee employee benefits such as health insurance and social security.
• Performance Management: Implement and oversee employee performance evaluation programs, track annual objectives, and motivate employees to meet their targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address employee complaints and disputes, providing guidance on laws and policies.
• Policy Preparation and Implementation: Ensure adherence to internal policies, update policies in line with legal and economic changes.
• Training and Development: Organize workshops and training sessions, identify training needs, and coordinate training activities.
• Employee Affairs Management: Maintain personal employee records, follow up on licenses, holidays, and internal transfers.

• Recruitment and follow-up on daily administrative operations.
• Managing employee files and government systems (Qiwa, insurance, duration).
• Organizing attendance and vacations and supporting employee affairs.

• Support recruitment & onboarding processes
• Assist with HR operations and employee services
• Maintain HR records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments and candidates
• Assist with HR reporting and administrative tasks

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Tamheer eligibility required
