Achieving the monthly sales target

- Welcoming all customers directly upon their entry into the showroom

- Building a positive relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and providing the appropriate product for them

- Dealing with customer complaints positively and trying to solve all their problems, and escalating the matter to the direct manager if the solution is not possible

- Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to the instructions in place and following the specific instructions for reserving goods

- Providing high-level customer service by treating the customer professionally, listening to them, giving them adequate attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication with the customer through phone calls, text messages, postal mail, and all available means, and informing the customer about all new goods and services

- Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace

- Maintaining a proper appearance and adhering to the full official uniform

- Following the management's instructions regarding labor laws that were previously circulated, such as (instructions regarding working hours, breaks, meal times and places, entry and exit, work visits, vacations, etc.)

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and power distribution units (PDUs).
• Ensure the continuous availability of data center resources, including power, cooling, and network connectivity.
• Monitor system performance, network traffic, and environmental conditions to ensure uptime and efficiency.
• Optimize resource allocation and ensure load balancing across servers and network components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and software issues affecting data center operations.
• Implement security controls and policies related to infrastructure protection.
• Resolve critical issues and respond to incidents around the clock.
• Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 to 14 years of experience in data center operations or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of servers, networking, and storage technology.
• Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work in multi-tasking environments and under pressure.

• Operational Execution of Nawah Strategy:
  Execute Nawah’s approved programs, operating model, and service delivery at the Dammam hub. Ensure alignment with central policies, SOPs, and performance targets defined by the Project Director. Maintain operational readiness of facilities, workshops, and shared services.
• Program Delivery & Beneficiary Management:
  Implement incubation and acceleration programs as designed by the central Nawah team. Manage beneficiary onboarding, progress tracking, and day-to-day support. Ensure consistent entrepreneur experience and satisfaction at the hub level.
• Team Management & Local Coordination:
  Lead the Dammam hub team and oversee daily activities across operations and support functions. Coordinate with central teams (PMO, partnerships, finance, technical) to ensure smooth execution. Ensure clear communication and alignment between HQ and branch operations.
• Local Ecosystem Engagement:
  Support the development of local partnerships with service providers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders. Facilitate access to local resources that enhance beneficiary outcomes. Represent Nawah at the operational/local level when required.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  Monitor hub-level KPIs (utilization, program delivery, beneficiary progress). Provide structured updates and reports to the Project Director and central PMO. Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations, entrepreneurship programs, or industrial environments.
• Experience managing teams and operational delivery.
• Strong execution, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in Power & Energy sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, with analytical and detail-oriented skills.
