Requirements:
  • LLB (Masters preferred).
  • Licensed or eligible for licensing in Saudi Arabia.
  • Minimum of 5 years PQE with robust Saudi law experience.
  • Strong skills in drafting and negotiating complex contracts in compliance with Saudi law.
  • Solid understanding of KSA legislative frameworks like Companies Law and Labour Law.
  • Excellent Arabic legal drafting and proficient in English.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, CLM tools, and legal research instruments.
