At * Moller - Maersk, we are dedicated to connecting the world through transport and logistics. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landside Operations Manager to lead our operations in Jeddah, Makkah.

About the Role:
As a Landside Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing landside transport modalities, including truck and rail transport of cargo and containers. This position requires at least 8 years of relevant experience and a minimum Bachelor degree. You will also need to demonstrate knowledge in Operations/People management, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Kewill and SAP TMS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of landside operations, ensuring efficient transport of cargo and containers.
  • Lead and manage teams, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement business plans and operational policies.
  • Set strategic direction and objectives for operational areas.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle complex situations with minimal guidance.
