Job Description:
We are looking for an HR intern to join the operations team, where they will contribute to supporting and implementing daily procedures related to HR operations, and gain practical experience in a professional environment focused on efficiency and organization.
Tasks and Responsibilities:

Support daily HR operations in coordination with the operations team.

Contribute to managing and updating employee data in internal systems.

Assist in preparing and following up on contracts and job files.

Monitor attendance and departure and prepare related reports.

Coordinate with various departments regarding HR requests.

Support recruitment procedures, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.

Contribute to improving and documenting work procedures within the department.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

High organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Willingness to learn and develop professionally in the field of Human Resources.
Tamheer Program Conditions:

The applicant must not currently be registered in social insurance.
-
The duration of their previous registration in social insurance must not exceed one year.
Working Hours:
From 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Working Days:
5 days a week
Vacation:
Two days
Training Duration:
6 months
