Purpose of the JobSupporting middle mile by assisting in daily execution, monitoring performance, and applying Industrial Engineering principles to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality. The role is designed to develop fresh graduates through hands-on operational exposure, data-driven analysis, and structured learning within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Job Description- Support daily middle mile operations by:
- Assist in monitoring shipment flow, vehicle movement, and delivery execution.
- Help manage operational exceptions such as delays, failed deliveries, or route deviations.
- Process Improvement & Analysis:
- Apply Industrial Engineering tools to analyze workflows, cycle times, and resource utilization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and process mapping) by helping identify process inefficiencies and assisting in implementing operational improvements.
- Collect, analyze, and report operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track key KPIs such as on-time delivery, productivity, and utilization.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports using Excel or reporting tools.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- 0–1 year of experience.
- Fresh graduate.
- Knowledge of basic Industrial Engineering concepts (process mapping, time studies, KPIs).
- Good understanding of Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement fundamentals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables preferred).
- Ability to interpret operational data and prepare reports.
