The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading, developing, and expanding the sales team to achieve the goals of the real estate company by implementing effective strategies, managing sales processes, building strong relationships with clients and investors, and ensuring a distinctive experience that aligns with company standards.


Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Prepare and implement sales plans and strategies for the real estate company’s projects.
Ability to form and build an effective sales team, identify needs, and appoint suitable competencies.
Manage the sales team, set goals, and continuously monitor performance.
Supervise the sales process from reception to closure, ensuring compliance with policies.
Follow up on real estate market indicators and analyze trends to develop sales methods.
Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and campaign results.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that campaigns align with company goals.
Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
Present professional sales proposals and work on closing deals efficiently.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Saudi nationality.
Experience of no less than 3 years in real estate sales or development.

Proficient in using CRM systems and computer programs.
Excellent communication skills and professionalism in dealing with clients.
