Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will report directly to the RSA Jeddah Site Executive, supporting a diverse team in the Program Management Office and Functional Support Teams. Responsibilities include coordinating site activities, managing travel and expenses, and ensuring smooth operational processes.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage calendars and prioritize schedules effectively.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
- Arrange meetings, including conference rooms and necessary services.
- Compile documentation including reports and meeting minutes.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
- Improve administrative processes within the team.
- Maintain professional relationships with staff and leadership.
Qualifications You Must Have: - AA/AS degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic.
Travel Requirements: Limited domestic and international travel may be required (approximately 4 times per year).
