Key aspects of the role include:
  • Generates sales and demand for the company’s products and meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Coordinates and conducts sales meetings and product training.
  • Effectively presents the product to groups of dental care professionals such as dental clinicians, dealers, dental schools, institutions, and group practices.
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with sales and marketing personnel.
  • Complies with all corporate governance and regulations.
  • Works with the Clinical Educators regarding KOL meetings/presentations.
  • Assists in the training and coaching of new sales.
  • Maintains and updates the CRM.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
  • A Degree in Dentistry is preferred.
  • Must have strong dental equipment/consumables/implant sales experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Proven success and ability to bring techniques and passion for best practices in this field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
