A Day in the Life:As the Sales Representative, you will report to the Senior Sales Manager and support the sales team within your assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services.
- Developing and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Conducting market research to assess customer and competitor activities.
- Implementing market development plans and communicating customer feedback internally.
- Finding innovative solutions to meet market dynamics.
Required Knowledge and Experience:To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- 1 year of experience as a Clinical Specialist or Sales Representative, specifically in Neuroscience alongside 2 years of prior clinical or medical sales experience.
- Orthopedic or Operation Room experience.
