We are looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to our employees and clients facing IT issues. You will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to employees and clients regarding IT issues.
• Determine the tools and supplies needed for supporting employees and clients, and identify shortages to request necessary supplies.
• Supply technical information about IT devices, systems, and software and consult IT specialists for significant problems.
• Maintain records related to all technical support activities and organize them based on approved practices.

Qualifications:
