Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and assistance to employees and clients regarding IT issues.
- Determine the tools and supplies needed for supporting employees and clients, and identify shortages to request necessary supplies.
- Supply technical information about IT devices, systems, and software and consult IT specialists for significant problems.
- Maintain records related to all technical support activities and organize them based on approved practices.
- Prepare and document work reports.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Technical Support, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Network Engineering.
- Microsoft Certified Professional certification is required.
- CCNA certification is a plus.
Languages:- Advanced Arabic
- Advanced English is a plus.
