Job Title: Receptionist
Job Description: The job requires receiving visitors and clients, determining their needs, and directing them to the relevant reference. In addition to receiving phone calls, responding to inquiries or transferring them to the relevant reference, and keeping records related to visitors.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Receive and welcome visitors and clients and provide them with the required information.
- Conduct internal communications to obtain information.
- Arrange interview appointments and record the names of reviewers in the relevant registers.
- Full compliance with procedural guides and organized policies and procedures.
