We are seeking a highly skilled individual to oversee our daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs, while leading a dynamic logistics team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements.
• Lead, train, and manage the logistics team to achieve performance goals.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with carriers and logistics providers.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and timely replenishment of stock.
• Optimize transportation and warehouse resource utilization.
• Maintain compliance with local and international transportation and logistics regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks in logistics operations.
• Implement and utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Analyze logistics data and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in using TMS, WMS, and ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
