Key Responsibilities:- Operate switchboards and control units for telephone communications.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing call operations, responding to inquiries from callers.
- Provide information regarding phone numbers and addresses as needed.
- Address equipment and line malfunctions promptly to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Adhere to procedural guidelines and organizational policies for effective operations.
Qualifications:We require at least 2 years of experience and a relevant Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
